He also represented tens of thousands of BP oil spill cleanup workers in an environmental class action after the company exposed them to hazardous dispersant chemicals without proper safety equipment.

He was a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association’s inaugural LEAD class. He also has been recognized by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star in 2020 and 2021 and named to the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 from 2012 through 2025. Throughout the cases and claims he handled throughout his career, Buck secured hundreds of millions of dollars for our clients.

He is proud to practice at a firm recognized among the country’s leading plaintiffs’ firms, as Rueb Stoller Daniel earned recognition in Chambers USA in both 2025 and 2026, including a nationwide ranking in Product Liability: Plaintiffs.
