James Drago

Attorney

James Drago is an attorney in Rueb Stoller Daniel’s San Diego office, and is licensed to practice before all state and federal courts in the State of California.  Having received a Dean’s Scholarship, Mr. Drago earned his Juris Doctorate from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2001.  During his legal education he served on the Editorial Staff of Cardozo Women’s Law Journal and was a judicial extern to the Honorable Lorraine S. Miller in the New York State Supreme Court.  He received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from San Diego State University in 1998, placing on the Dean’s List multiple semesters.

Mr. Drago began his legal career working at Neil, Dymott, Frank, McCabe & Hudson, the leading health care defense firm in Southern California.   He then practiced immigration law for several years before turning his attention to mass tort litigation.  Before joining Rueb Stoller Daniel, LLP, Mr. Drago was Intake Director at Ford & Associates Nationwide Legal Services, A.P.C.  where, for over fourteen years, he assisted thousands of clients retain counsel for mass tort claims.  Mr. Drago has a deep understanding that each case is unique and is devoted to providing clients the individual attention, dignity and respect they deserve.

In his free time Mr. Drago enjoys the ocean, community service, and camping with his family.
