With a career rooted in scaling high-growth companies and managing complex operations across industries such as renewable energy, automotive, oil and gas, and quantum technology, she has a proven track record of building the systems, structures, and teams that enable organizations to thrive.
At Rueb Stoller Daniel, Stephanie oversees day-to-day operations and leads firm-wide initiatives to enhance communication, streamline workflows, and ensure consistency across the firm’s global footprint. Her approach is grounded in empathy, transparency, and efficiency—with the ultimate goal of making the work environment more supportive, organized, and scalable for everyone.
Prior to joining Rueb Stoller Daniel, Stephanie held senior leadership roles at Smartville, Qubitekk, Reservoir Management Services, Pyron Solar, and JK Group. Throughout her career, she has successfully navigated regulatory landscapes, built cross-continental supply chains, and played a key role in transforming early-stage companies into mature, structured, internationally operating organizations. She is passionate about building high-functioning, inclusive teams and is energized by solving challenges that make organizations stronger.
Stephanie holds degrees in Economics and Business Administration from institutions in Aachen, Germany, and completed a two-year executive leadership program with the Volkswagen Academy.
She is based in the firm’s Carlsbad, California office and enjoys hiking, beach days, and good food. A strong advocate for animal rescue, Stephanie is passioned about dogs and is always on the lookout for the next foster pup in need of love.
